About the Role Are you a passionate Brand Manager looking for an opportunity to work for a well-known household brand in the FMCG industry. Our ideal candidate will have an abundance of positive energy and a 'can do' spirit to drive business growth and build our brands nationally. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the Sorbent Retail & B2B portfolios, with a stronger focus on brand strategies to drive growth and enhance our market position. This is a fixed term to permanent role for the right candidate. What you will be doing: · Brand Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen the brand's market presence, considering market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.· Product Positioning: Define and refine the positioning of Sorbent products within the category.· Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels.· Consumer Insights: Stay in the know with consumer trends and market dynamics.· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.· Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget efficiently.· Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. What will make you successful: 3+ Years at BM level ideally fast-moving consumer goods or consumer durables company.Ideally, you would have had exposure to all aspects of the marketing mix including: consumer research (insight generation), communication development, media planning, new product development, proven strategic planning ability as well as experience in dealing with (and managing) external agencies and other service providers.Proven project management skills and strong business acumen (ability to manage >$1m A&P budgets). Ability to work in teams and taking leadership in teams.Desirable: In addition to or as part of the above:Some experience in Australian manufacturing, demonstrating how to leverage the operational footprint.
