The Opportunity
This role sits within the Group Risk Platform, contributing to the delivery of Group Enablement teams' strategy and risk ambition. You will shape decisions to achieve commercial outcomes in line with risk appetite, leveraging group tools and frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Group Enablement Team to deliver Risk Management strategy, embed risk culture, and enable business objectives
- Operate with a Group-wide lens, considering potential impact on other teams' plans and strategies
- Actively partner with business leaders in strategic planning, focusing on integrating risk management
- Constructively challenge the business on key risks and control activities
- Influence risk management prioritization to enable operations to meet strategic objectives
Requirements
- Strong understanding of key technology risks, including supplier risk management
- Ability to identify and assess critical controls mitigating key technology risks
- Previous experience implementing frameworks such as CIS Critical Security Controls, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or PCI DSS
- Experience supporting technology risk reporting to executive committees and governing bodies
- Demonstrated ability to build relations and influence senior stakeholders
