Centorrino Technologies are predominately a Managed Services Provider.
As we've grown, we have built our own IAAS platform spanning multiple datacenters and states to better support our client's needs.
The Infrastructure Team owns and manages this private cloud platform, ancillary services, and supporting network.
The successful applicant will be someone who takes ownership of the platform, driving its constant improvement, and taking pride in their work.
What You'll Do:
Ownership of the multitenant VMWare private cloud platform and its availability.
Day-to-day management, including security patching and software updates.
Management of the ancillary services - Veeam Backup, Monitoring, Hardware, etc.
Identifying problems and areas for improvement, investigating options to resolve/improve.
Planning and implementing projects for improvement or capability expansion.
Exploring new technologies that could benefit the business or platform.
Implementing and enforcing security best practices to protect client systems and data.
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations.
Providing guidance to other team members to ensure the organization's overall technical competency and knowledge.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations.
What You'll Bring:
Must be able and willing to obtain an NV1 security clearance.
Extensive experience in the systems space, preferably in a similar multi-tenant IAAS environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to IT and non-IT stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritize accordingly.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
The ideal candidate would have experience in the following technologies:
VMWare ESXi, vSphere, Cloud Director, Cloud Director Availability, SDDC Manager, NSX-T, Aria Suite.
Veeam Backup product suite; Enterprise Manager, Service Provider Console, Cloud Connect, Backup for 365.
Windows operating systems/applications; Server 2019/2022, SQL, DCs, DNS.
Linux operating systems/applications; Specifically Debian/Ubuntu.
Server and SAN hardware, fibre channel storage networking.
DNS, PKI, Scripting, APIs.
Networking and Security fundamentals.
