Current Opportunity
We have a new opportunity available in our Operations Team for a Document Controller to join us in Brisbane for a 6 month fixed term contract where you will be responsible for ensuring accurate information is published and communicated across the business in a timely manner, creating a database of records the business trusts.
Key Accountabilities Will Include Manage project, asset and operational controlled documents including vendor dataAssist the business in locating, maintaining and distributing documentation in the Document Management Systems (Aconex/ SharePoint)Register documentation from internal and external sourcesDevelop, track and maintain deliverables registersRegister incoming site vendor data where necessary and circulate for reviewTransmit ad hoc data to suppliers and contractors as requestedRun reports as requested for both internal and external parties.About You
With a background in document control, ideally within the engineering or oil and gas sector, you're no stranger to the demands of the industry.
You've got a solid handle on document management systems like Aconex and SharePoint, and you know how to keep things running smoothly with vendors.
In Addition, You Will Have Exposure to project and change management principles surrounding asset lifecycleDemonstrated analytical, evaluation, problem-solving and reporting experienceStrong attention to detail and clear communication skillsA team player with exceptional organisation skills.What's in it for you?
