Mental Health First Aid Trainer Role

We are seeking an accredited Mental Health First Aid trainer to join our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) team at genU Training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality services to existing and potential clients;
* Follow and contribute to continuous improvement;
* Complete all documents/reporting to a high standard in terms of quality and compliance;
* Make a positive contribution to the training team;
* Deliver training to participants in both classroom, workplace, and e-learning environments.
About You:
As a Sessional Trainer, you are an exceptional individual with the skills and enthusiasm to provide our learners with an engaging and meaningful learning experience.
Essential Requirements:
* Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor with Mental Health First Aid Australia;
* Qualifications in: Mental Health First Aid;
* Demonstrated experience in delivering effective training programs and conducting assessments;
* Strong administration and office management skills;
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
* Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
* Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain;
* Current valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
