The Role
TasEquip provides essential basic medical equipment on loan to vulnerable Tasmanians.
The successful applicant will have:
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to work.
* Sound manual handling skills.
* A range of practical repair experience.
Appointment Details
This is a permanent part-time day worker position, working up to 38 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Selection Process
This selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies for a period of twelve months from the date of publication.
Salary and Benefits
Estimated Salary: $71,661 to $77,455 pro rata per annum + Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution
You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
Essential Requirements
The successful applicants will be required to meet the following criteria:
* Registration to Work with Vulnerable People - NDIS.
Desirable Criteria
The following qualifications are desirable:
* Completion of Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) or similar and/or previous cleaning experience preferably within a healthcare setting.
* Completion of Certificate III in mechanical repair, welding or similar and/or previous repair/maintenance experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
* Current Driver's Licence.
