WORKFORCE ANALYTICS MANAGER – WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT

As our Workforce Analytics Manager, reporting to the Group Workforce Planning Manager, you will lead the execution of our workforce analytics strategies to support the business in making data-driven decisions around labour management. You will develop and govern the frameworks that provides the analytics required for wage compliance activities (BOOT).
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead a team of up to 4 Analysts and Data Specialists, and partner with key stakeholders to govern critical analytics projects and inform labour management practices to reduce the risk of wage non-compliance.
A few of your responsibilities
1. Lead the design and delivery of workforce analytics initiatives to provide insight and support the People & Performance function and business leaders.
2. Develop predictive models to anticipate future workforce trends and inform labour management practices to minimise the risk of wage non-compliance.
3. Manage and analyse labour to proactively meet operating trends, develop and implement new strategies to ensure efficiencies to guest demand.
4. Create and maintain Manpower Plans/ Resource plans and budget models based on business behaviour including costs, labour hours and leave management.
5. Report to stakeholders on labour planning and conduct review meetings on labour requirements, labour mix, and balance of cost vs productivity.
What we are looking for
6. Demonstrated experience in demand/resource planning and wage compliance (BOOT).
7. Exposure to a casino and/or gaming, and labour analysis preferred.
8. Strong analytical and data visualisation skills, with experience in statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
9. Experience in managing and developing a team of workforce analysts.
10. Ability to breakdown complex information and present in a simple & effective manner
11. Understanding of resource planning methodologies, Enterprise Agreements & optimisation methodologies.
You are a seasoned individual with qualifications in Business Analytics, particularly in Workforce and Resource Planning with ideal knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. You are an analytical person and able to break down complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
