We celebrate people If at any time you require us to adjust our recruitment process to meet your individual needs please email Permanent Full Time role located in Wangaratta Your shifts will be 76/76 fortnightly splits You will assist in supporting 5 of our customers with their daily activities and goals through a person-centred approach Have experience within the disability sector, including experience dealing with behaviours of concern Be an effective communicator with proven experience in managing a diverse team in the community sector Be strategic in your thinking about how to improve your service and contribute to changes that positively affect your service Enjoy change and work well in leading a team through an ever-changing environment Have the ability to adapt to various situations An Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalence) is required for this role We excel together As a Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common goal – to enable our customers to live as equal and empowered citizens.
