Working within a busy office, you will contribute to a diverse range of tasks that will keep you engaged throughout the day.In this role you will form an integral part of the team and be involved in a range of all-round administrative tasks, including:-General administration to support the General Manager and internal team.Assisting in the scheduling and allocating of resources to jobs using allocation software.Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and clients.Assisting with preparation and submissions of Tenders and other documents.To be considered for this position you will have the following skills and attributes:-Strong all-round administrative skills.Previous administrative and/or allocation/scheduling experience within the construction /building industry is highly regarded.Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office, databases and Teams.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational, time management and coordination skills.Ability to work both within a team and autonomously.A strong salary package will be offered to the successful candidate based on their experience and abilities.If this role is of interest to you, please apply.
