Protech SA are seeking Experienced Articulated Dump Truck Operators to work in the Smelter for ongoing work in Port Pirie, South Australia.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
* 12-hour shifts
* Working on a 7-day rotating roster
* Day & night shift
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Operate articulated dump trucks to transport materials, such as soil, rocks, and debris, within the smelter.
* Ensure the safe loading, transportation, and unloading of materials, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
* Perform routine maintenance and inspection of the dump truck to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
* Assist in the general maintenance and cleanliness of the smelter.
* Collaborate with the construction team to support project goals and timelines.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and other team members.
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Relevant RII ticket for mobile plant operations
* Experience in operating 30T - 40T
* Construction White Card
* Demonstrated knowledge of safe work practices
* Valid Driver's Licence + Car
* Experience working a combination of Days / Nights
* Pride in your machine and standard of work
Mandatory drug and alcohol screening is required prior to commencement and will continue throughout assignment.
