As a renowned global leader, our client is currently expanding and rapidly expanding. Due to this we are currently seeking 3 experienced Senior Customer Service Call Centre agents to join their team in Melbourne on the 14th of October
Your New Role
As the Senior Customer Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role to the collections team, ensuring smooth call taking whilst providing motivation and development to the wider team. This permanent full-time role will commence on the 14th of October
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Motivate and develop team members
2. Handle all escalations and solve process related queries
3. Support in roll-out of training programs for the collections team
4. Provide coaching and feedback to to the collections team
5. Ability to be a passionate advocate for people development and customer experience
6. Commitment to improve customer experience
7. Ability to communicate effectively and possess sufficient soft skills to handle customers
8. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
9. Support Team leader as required

14. Previous call centre experience highly regarded
15. Ability to multitask and prioritise.
