The Position:
As an AO3 Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities.
Some of your key, day to day activities will include:
* Process invoices and undertake independent vendor verification to uphold the Agency's accounts payable processes.
* Take part in ensuring the ongoing integrity of financial systems and reports, providing accurate and timely information to meet user needs.
* Regularly assess the quality of information within financial systems and undertake corrective action where deficiencies exist.
* Provide valuable advice to Support Planners and identify opportunities for enhancing the accounts payable process.
* Contribute to broader Corporate Services projects while fostering positive relationships within the team.
Preferred Requirements:
* Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems to deliver client-focused financial processing services.
* Excellent attention to detail, numerical, and data entry skills for accurate and efficient processing of information.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
