Your role:
Lead the development and implementation of a Change and Communication Plan to support the successful implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (Dayforce) through the effective development and implementation of a change management strategy in line with organisational goals.
Key objectives:
Build positive awareness about the new system by delivering training.
Proactively identify areas of resistance and develop strategies to address concerns.
Monitor and evaluate change management activities.
Deliver change management activities and deliverables, including impact analysis, communication and engagement planning, capability and training needs analysis, training design and development, stakeholder management and communications.
Make your mark:
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP or PROSCI accreditation) or similar certification is highly desirable.
Bachelor in Commerce, Organisational Change, Human Resources, Organisational Development or Business Administration.
Training and Assessment skills.
Lead change alongside the project team with empathy and strong open communication.
Agile methodology.
A comprehensive understanding and experience in change management ideally implementing HRIS.
Demonstrated experience in co-design for complex projects.
Project management skills to ensure projects are well planned, appropriate consultation is achieved, deliverables are on time and of a high quality.
Make it work:
Total remuneration package of $120,000.
Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card so you keep more of what you earn.
January 13th, 2025, start date.
Contract to 31st December 2025.
