Customer Service/Sales Assistant - Brookvale:
Salary: $61,000k plus Super and Bonuses Your new role: Working with a large NFP health fund in their Brookvale branch, this organisation is seeking a full-time Customer Service Sales Assistant to join their team!
Monday-Friday 8:45am-5pm with some paid over time on saturdays 9am-12pm.
After the training roles, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service and sales to clients over the phone and face-to-faceKnowledgeable of company service offerings, providing accurate information to clientsDeveloping strong relationships with clients, with a 'member's first' mindset
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in retail, sales or customer serviceTech-savvy, able to quickly pick up on systems and processesGreat communication skills, ability to build rapport with clientsEnjoys working in a team environmentSubstantial discount on healthcare and insuranceAdditional parental leaveTraining providedWorking with a household brand name
