Responsibilities:
* Lead Engineering Capabilities: Drive the development and standardization of traded risk engineering frameworks, ensuring best practices and innovative solutions are implemented.
* Technical Proficiency: Provide hands-on coding expertise in Java or C#, along with deep knowledge of SQL and batch processing technologies. Lead by example in coding practices and reviews.
* Batch Processes and Integration: Design and oversee batch process execution, ensuring seamless integration with other risk systems and technologies.
* Automation and Reusability: Champion automation initiatives for repetitive tasks, promoting reusable components that enhance efficiency and maintainability.
* Visionary Leadership: Guide the traded risk technology team in adopting cutting-edge solutions, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Mandatory Skills Description:
* 8+ years experience in same role
* Strong hands-on coding experience in C# with expertise in SQL (including stored procedures).
* Proven track record in traded risk engineering, focusing on development and standardization.
* Experience in batch process automation and integration with risk systems.
* Strong advocate for automation and reusability in technology solutions.
* Ability to lead engineering teams and drive innovation in traded risk management solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
* Experience with risk management platforms such as Murex, Calypso, or Finastra.
