Your new role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support to the team. Your duties will include:
* Handling phone queries from various stakeholders with excellent communication skills.
* Managing diaries and multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
* Taking minutes for an Advisory Committee.
* Organising flights to regional areas for volunteers, including meal allowances and car hire.
* Assisting with the setup of volunteer forums and meetings.
* Coordinating team input into the monthly update and communication with volunteers.
* Other general administrative tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience in Senior Administration roles.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
* Experience in minute-taking for committees.
* Skills in organising travel and logistics for volunteers.
* A professional, easy-going attitude and the ability to work well in a small, busy team.
Please note: you will be required to obtain a National Police clearance for this role.
