Our client is an active private investment business with a large and diverse portfolio of assets under management.
About the role:
Due to the businesses ongoing growth, they are now seeking an experienced administrator to join their team and support the team of Executive Assistants.
Duties and Responsibilities Initial Responsibilities:
* Document preparation (printing, copying, scanning, binding)
* File management (filing, maintenance, shredding)
* Compiling documentation for credit card statements, expense claims, and invoices
* Assisting with meetings (setup, cleanup, refreshments)
* Processing incoming mail
* Supporting team members and providing relief reception duties as needed
* General administrative assistance per Executive Assistants' instructions
Additional Responsibilities (with supervision):
* Assisting with diary maintenance
* Archiving documents and files
* Recording and processing document registers
* Preparing and updating spreadsheets (e.g., for Taxation and Property)
* Drafting documents in various formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
* Using legal software programs as necessary
* Conducting occasional research tasks
* Managing land tenement mapping and tracking
* Scheduling and tracking property maintenance tasks

Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
