Lynas Rare Earths is seeking an Experienced or Senior-level Process Technician to join our Kalgoorlie Rare Earth Processing Facility (REPF) team.
The Kalgoorlie REPF is a key strategic platform for critical mineral production, blending pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical processes in an Australian first, mineral processing plant.

As a Process Technician and Control Room Operator, you will play an influential role in the development and success of a brand-new plant.
Responsibilities:
* Safe day-to-day operation of the processing plant
* Support remaining commissioning activities
* Operational duties
* Control Room operation
* Safe Isolation and Permitting processes
* Contributing to the development of safe working procedures
* Maintenance of a safe working environment
* Identification and control of hazards and housekeeping
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a processing plant environment
* Control room, Isolation, and/or Permit to Work operational experience
* Unwavering approach to safety
* Value teamwork and being a team player
* Strong time management and problem-solving skillsets
* Construction Industry Induction (White Card)
* Current High Risk Work License (WA)
* WA unencumbered C class drivers' license minimum
