Context
The Quality Manager, reporting to the Operations Manager will be based in Sydney with some domestic/overseas business travel as required. The role will focus on managing the company’s ISO 9001 quality management policy, processes, and procedures, in accordance with SYSTRA Group policies and as per SYSTRA ANZ business requirements.
Missions/Main Duties
* Set up, manage the company ISO 9001 QMS including quality management policy, processes, and procedures, and ensure it is effectively implemented across all areas of the business.
* Align ANZ QMS with SYSTRA Group Quality policies requirements.
* Set up and manage, if required by the management, the company Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation policy, processes and procedures.
* Ensure that the policies, processes and procedures are incorporated into business as usual methodologies and work practices.
* Prepare an audit plan and conduct internal audits as required, including managing non-conformities, and corrective actions.
* Address external auditor observations and non-conformances and ensure the company ISO 9001 certification is maintained.
* Oversee the implementation of quality activities like customer satisfaction, quality reporting, quality audit, resolve quality corrective actions, quality trainings, quality initiatives etc.
* Encourage initiatives to optimise the performance of the organisation and manage the continual improvement of the business activities.
* Structure and organize data effectively, facilitating the company's digital transformation and AI integration.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging digital tools and methodologies to optimize quality and operational performance.

* Tertiary qualification in Quality and Environmental Management or relevant discipline.
* Accredited internal audit experience.
* Experience setting up and maintaining companies ISO 9001 quality management policy, processes, and procedures.
