As part of the renowned Accor Group, a global hospitality leader, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to create authentic Sicilian dishes at SOLA Bar & Restaurant, including fresh seafood and traditional Italian classics.
Job Title: Junior Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, Pastry Chef de Partie

Requirements
* Trade qualifications and prior experience in the hotel industry preferred
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and requirements
* Service-oriented with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all team levels
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
