This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Assistant Manager with ALH!
What you'll do:
4. Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
5. Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
6. Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
7. Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
What you'll need:
8. Experience in hospitality management, especially in food, bars, and gaming, even if it's from a supervisor position
9. Solid planning and organizational skills for leading and developing teams, perfect for someone ready to step into a management role
10. Operational know-how to support the Venue Manager in hitting financial and business targets
11. A keen understanding and ability to create memorable guest experiences.
12. Current industry licences and accreditation. gaming licence, RSA/RSG/RCG
