Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)Contract/TempThe OrganisationThis public sector organisation is currently experiencing a period of change and now requires an Interim HR Director to support the business on an interim basis. The team has a major focus on customer advocacy and stakeholder relationships.The RoleYou will be responsible for supporting the organisation in a true generalist role. Working with the executive team alongside highly experienced managers, your areas of responsibility will include rolling out strategic initiatives and supporting the organisation on all generalist activities. You will manage a small team of HR professionals and support all recruitment, talent management, deal with employee relations issues, as well as assessing learning needs. You will be accountable for the whole HR function and you will build strong relationships with stakeholders.The CriteriaYou must have proven capability and experience of 8+ years at a senior level. You will need to be comfortable with operational HR work but must be strong in the ER space and have liaised regularly with unions.
