As a result, we have an opportunity available for the successful candidate to join our sales team as a Partnership Manager.The RoleThe Partnership Manager is the primary contact between brokers, lenders, and Connective. This role ensures that all brokers are equipped with the tools, training, and support they need to grow their business through Connective.You will be accountable for a portfolio of broker groups in the Gold Coast region and have the following responsibilities :Inducting all new brokers into Connective with an emphasis on our award-winning software, Mercury Nexus.Providing on-the-ground support and facilitating a smooth onboarding process.Building strong relationships with brokers and possessing a thorough understanding of their business.Identifying opportunities to enable broker success through our Connective products and service offerings.Facilitating, attending, and hosting events as required.Encouraging and facilitating broker attendance at Connective events.Developing high levels of positive engagement and broker retention.The PersonAs an exceptional communicator and customer support professional, you pride yourself on exceeding your customer’s expectations and providing them with solutions to help their business grow and prosper.
