A natural wordsmith, the ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of content marketing strategies, and the ability to create engaging and high-quality content across various platforms (websites, social pages, EDM's and traditional marketing mediums). Working simultaneously with the marketing team you will maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content published. Ensuring that produced content is compelling, aligns with brand voice, drives engagement, and supports business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop and write high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, email newsletters, product descriptions, case studies, and more.Social Media: Create, schedule, and manage content across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing campaigns, product launches, and overall brand objectives.Community Engagement: Monitor audience engagement across platforms, respond to comments, and create content that sparks conversation, community-building, and brand loyalty.Visual Content Creation: Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing assets for content, including infographics, videos, and other multimedia formats.Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of content, using data to inform future content strategies and improve engagement.Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of content and timely delivery of marketing materials.Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's voice, tone, and style guidelines.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure content supports broader marketing and business goals.Qualifications and Key SkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience (1+ years) as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role in a marketing environment.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing strategies.Experience creating multimedia content (images, videos, infographics) is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Wordsmith, strong communication and collaboration skills, with a creative mindset and ability to adapt content to different audience segments.Uses initiative and displays great project management skills.Previous experience using Trello or similar is advantageous.
