Some of your daily work will include:Legal Advice & Compliance: Offer expert legal guidance on regulatory, operational, and governance matters.Contracts & Transactions: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, ensuring legal risks are managed.Property & Leasing: Support redevelopment projects and property management.Disputes & Litigation: Manage legal disputes to achieve efficient outcomes.Regulatory & Government Affairs: Ensure compliance and contribute to regulatory submissions.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, senior management, and external legal providers.Continuous Improvement: Develop legal precedents, training, and process enhancements.About YouYou will be seeking a contract role where you are part of a team environment working among top quality legal professionals.
