Key elements of this role will include:
* Business development, and nurturing new client relationships. This includes reaching out on the phone to new prospective clients, meeting with clients and delivering a great service to existing clients
* Proactively sourcing high-calibre candidates and conducting good-quality interviews
* Engaging in high-level negotiations with external stakeholders at all levels
* Being honest and transparent with clients and candidates to help them make informed decisions

Your Background:

* A proven passion for working with people, networking, and delivering excellent customer service—experience in fields like hospitality, credit control, or retail is valuable.
* Ideally, strong sales experience paired with excellent negotiation skills.
