Senior Change Manager
Primary Purpose of Position:
The Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP) aims to update and modernise both operational and corporate networks, ensuring the delivery of safe and efficient services. This program will also support future enhancements for various areas. As part of this ambitious transformation, ENMP will transition to a new network infrastructure with new components, such as terrestrial, microwave, and satellite, and adopt a managed service provider/vendor operated model.
The Organisational Change Manager will play a crucial role in developing, delivering, and maintaining effective organisational change strategies and plans to facilitate the successful achievement of the program's goals and benefits. Given the potentially sensitive nature of the changes, engaging with relevant stakeholders will be a key focus for successful delivery. The Organisational Change Manager will also be responsible for establishing measurable "readiness criteria" and implementing a system for tracking and recording across multiple sites and regions.
Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications required :
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management on large and complex programs.
2. Experience in leading transformation and modernisation programs for enterprise networks.
3. Proven experience in leading people through change using established change management techniques in the industry.
4. Proven ability to deliver projects with significant budget and technical requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
5. Successful engagement with relevant stakeholders and driving business transformation in partnership with these entities.
6. Knowledge and expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
7. Experience managing large-scale organizational change efforts.
