The Facility:
This is a Tertiary and level 3 Teaching Hospital with just under 400 beds and around 1,700 staff. The hospital services a population of 200,000 in a catchment area including urban communities, regional hospitals and remote Aboriginal communities.
The Position:
Provide specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology services including the care of inpatient and ambulatory patients, within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department, regional hospitals and remote communities, contribute to post graduate education, including the supervision of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology trainees at both registrar and Resident Medical Officer level.
The Requirements:
To apply you will need to have completed one of the following:
* The FRANZCOG or
* Your full specialist training in the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland and
* Have had your specialist training assessed by the RANZCOG and have been found to be substantially comparable.
