What this opportunity involves: JLL is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the performance of our commercial property portfolio in Hobart, starting with the management of 15 Murray Street. This hands-on role requires a leader who can drive engineering services operations, focusing on energy sustainability, ongoing building commissioning, and operational improvements. An overview of the role: Manage and lead the site operational team, including technical third-party service providers Drive sustainability initiatives to achieve NABERS Energy and Water targets Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and attending meetings Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and safety standards Coordinate effective maintenance, risk management, and procurement activities Prepare and monitor annual property operations and capital works budgets Oversee small to mid-size site projects Participate in sustainability forums and implement performance improvement programs Manage tenant relationships and address their operational concerns Conduct periodic inspections of building and plant to determine repair priorities Prepare tender and contract documentation for works and services Embrace and promote the property and corporate Incident and Injury Free program Sound like you?
