You will be open to work across the below shift pattern; please note, shift patterns are subject to change:
Day & Night shifts available: 4am - 12.30pm, 5am - 1.30pm, 6.30am - 3.30pm, or 11am – 7pm.
What the role involves: Operating concrete mixing, stacking, and splitting machines.Setting up and installing molds and other machine fixtures.Setting grinding and cutting edges.Carrying out work in a safe manner, in accordance with safety procedures as applicable.Ensuring process efficiencies are achieved and maintained.Ensuring production is in line with the specified production schedule.Ensuring product quality is in accordance with relevant specifications and that process checks are performed as required.Actively participating in improvement projects.What you will need: Previous experience in a quality assurance environment.Forklift License is preferred but not essential.Strong mechanical aptitude.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace.Ability to use computers for the entry and retrieval of process data and machine operation.Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.Additional Benefits: Bonus scheme for all eligible employees.2 Volunteer days per year.Plenty of employee rewards and benefits including a rewards and recognition program.Access to thousands of free self-development modules via James Hardie University.Free annual health checks.Employee Assistance Program access for you & your immediate family members.Hassle-free, no cost and confidential access to our onsite psychologists & physiotherapists (specific sites).
