About the Role: Fetch is partnering with a leading civil construction company that is looking for surveyors to work on a range of projects, including state government roads, subdivisions, and major infrastructure developments.
In this role, you'll be hands-on with set-outs, as-constructed, and conformance surveys while working closely with project managers and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct set-outs and as-constructed surveys for various developments.
Undertake feature and level surveys as per project requirements.
Operate Total Stations, GPS, and other advanced survey equipment.
Liaise with foremen and project managers to resolve design conflicts.
Provide technical support for GPS-guided plant equipment.
Maintain digital data and ensure compliance with company standards.
Train and mentor junior staff on survey set-outs and data management.
Ensure all surveying tasks meet quality and accuracy standards.
Attributes and Skills Required: Relevant qualifications in Surveying, Spatial Science, or Geomatics.
Experience in subdivision and land development projects.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Total Stations, GPS, and machine guidance technology.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
