Job Summary
This role involves communicating with guests from reservation through check-in, stay, and departure. High-level service delivery is essential at every stage, fostering exceptional guest satisfaction. Collaboration with Housekeeping and Engineering teams ensures villas are immaculate, while daily communication with these teams meets current and arriving guests' needs.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the guest experience.
* Work closely with Housekeeping and Engineering staff to maintain villa cleanliness and minimize guest disruption.
* Promote resort facilities and make recommendations for off-site activities.
* Coordinate flight confirmations, dinner reservations, tour arrangements, and other guest itineraries.
* Assist other departments in addressing guest needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Performance Indicators
* Maintain consistently high guest satisfaction scores.
* Develop and implement standards for SOP and LQA.
* Schedule regular inspections and ensure Front Office equipment is clean and functional.
* Minimize property damage and maintain adequate inventory levels.
Requirements
* Degree in Hospitality or relevant field.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Front Office, preferably with Butler knowledge.
* Familiarity with local regulations and hotel operations.
