We have locations in Sale and Traralgon, offering a wide range of products and services, including equipment rental, servicing, and showroom consultations.
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Admin Assistant to join our internal sales team, based in our Sale store.
Your main responsibility will involve providing phone and email sales support, as well as advising clients on the supply of Aged Care and Rehabilitation Equipment.
You will be required to assist with various sales support functions, including data entry, quoting, cross-referencing, and manually checking documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in phone and email sales support
2. Provide advice to clients on Aged Care and Rehabilitation Equipment
3. Assist with data entry, quoting, cross-referencing, and documentation checking
4. Discuss products with customers/clients
5. Receive phone calls from customers
6. Contact existing clients for follow-up quotes
7. Deal with and respond to a high volume of emails
8. Process customer orders and update clients on order status
Requirements:
* Strong sales and interpersonal skills
* Ability to assess and diagnose customer requirements
* Excellent communication skills with customers and staff
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Competency in MS Office, particularly email
* Able to learn product range and confidently assist customers
* Experience in Aged Care and Rehabilitation Equipment (preferable)
