This project will look to bring driver training in house to scale up the TAP and IHS programmes across the EU.Key job responsibilitiesDefine and develop training standards for driver trainingDesign and deliver training contentLaunch programme content across the EUBuild mechanisms for quality control and training auditSupport EU TAP/IHS launchesEnsure compliance with industry best practice and local legislationEngage with key internal stakeholders including Legal, PXT, WHS, Operations, ACES, CF/SC Learning teams and TAP LeadershipUse data to inform decision making and quantify impact to cost savings, learning experience and safetyProvide timely and accurate updates to TAP Leadership on programme developmentsA day in the life:As a Learning Programme Manager, you'll hit the ground running and take ownership of TAP/IHS training internalisation projects. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders to develop scalable and cost-effective solutions that can be rolled out across the EU in Q1/2 2025 in one of ATS' fastest growing teams. During the 12 month FTC, you would have significant ownership and impact on TAP/programmes and an opportunity to make a big difference to the quality of training undertaken by our drivers.Minimum RequirementsDegree or prior relevant industry experienceRelevant experience managing multiple stakeholdersRelevant experience leading projects in a fast-paced environmentRelevant experience in a learning or transport management roleRelevant experience with IT Skills including advanced level in MS ExcelBasic project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI or similarExperience managing driver trainingAn additional language such as Italian, Spanish, German or FrenchAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
