Veolia ANZ is seeking multiple experienced National Credit Supervisors to join our team in Arndell Park.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
As a credit supervisor, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the credit department, evaluating credit applications, monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of payments.
What's on offer Opportunity to learn our complex processes and use systems such as SAP and SalesforceGreat company culture and collaborative team environmentNearby and on-site parking + public transport optionsEligibility for discretionary yearly bonusOption to work from homeWhat you'll be responsible for Supervising a team of National Credit ControllersManaging debtor accounts, ensuring both the timely collection of outstanding amounts and the maintenance of outstanding debts at acceptable levelsProactive and reactive communications with customers, developing relationships with them, together with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate cash collectionsManaging disputes ensuring regular follow up or escalation as appropriateProducing accurate and timely reports to monitor accountsProducing accurate and timely management reports for monitoring accounts and collection activityReviewing and reporting on results against set and agreed KPIs with the Manager on a regular basis, discussing and recording clearly targets to actual performanceReducing of aged debtWhat you'll need to be successful At least 3 years experience within credit control or accounts receivableAt least 1 year's experience within a Senior or Supervisory roleExperience using ExcelExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with Google suite, SAP & Salesforce (advantageous)Veolia values employees and their health and wellbeing.
