The opportunity
Maroba is seeking a visionary leader to continue driving impact and outcomes for its people as their next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a unique opportunity to lead an organisation with a strong community presence, a dedicated workforce, and an unwavering commitment to quality care. As CEO, you will shape Maroba’s future, enhance service excellence, and make a meaningful impact on older Australians, all while holding fast to the original Christian mission of its founders.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will;
* Provide strategic leadership, ensuring Maroba’s vision, mission, and values are embedded across all operations.
* Develop and execute long-term business strategies that enhance financial sustainability and service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with aged care regulations while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.
* Build and strengthen stakeholder relationships across government, industry, and the community.
* Lead innovation and change to adapt to the evolving needs of residents and the aged care sector.
About you
As the successful candidate for this role, you will bring;
* Proven senior leadership experience, preferably within aged care, health, or human services.
* Strong business acumen, with expertise in financial and operational management.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Deep understanding of government funding models, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
* Commitment to Maroba’s Christian philosophy, mission, and values through the expression of your own personal Christian faith.
