This role reports to the Manager Technical Services and involves leading a team in assessing, designing, and resolving strategic and current road capacity, utilisation, and safety issues. The position requires providing direction and support to the team, leading projects, facilitating consultation, meeting financial reporting requirements, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining safe and compliant work practices.
* Strong leadership abilities and team building skills are essential for success in this role.
* Extensive knowledge of road and traffic management principles and application is also required.
The position offers a range of benefits including:
* Annual salary: $111,935 - $119,348
* 11.5% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
