About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mower Operator to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various commercial sites or council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working outdoors.
The successful candidate will have above-award hourly rates dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate a range of mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
* Maintain lawns and green spaces to a high standard.
* Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed.
* Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures.

About You
* Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is highly desirable.
* The ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
* A willingness to work outdoors in varied weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sun.
* A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
* The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
* A valid driver's licence.
* A White Card.
* A Working with Children Check, or a willingness to obtain one.
