About the roleAs an integral member of the AU/NZ marketing team, the Marketing Assistant reports directly to the Marketing Manager AU/NZ. The Marketing Assistant works closely with all business functions, becoming a respected and well-integrated member of our growing CTM family.
This is a generalist marketing position, perfect for someone who enjoys a varied day-to-day. This role will include a range of marketing activities across our CTM brand family including Corporate Travel Management (CTM), CTM Meetings and Events (CTM M&E), Show Group, CTM Sport and more.
The Marketing Assistant will receive sufficient training on specific marketing programs and wider business practices to allow them to support a range of marketing activities and progress with their career.
Responsibilities include:Social MediaEmail MarketingEvents & AwardsAssist with website maintenance and SEO optimisationInternal staff communications and engagementGeneral support for the CTM AU/NZ Marketing teamSkills & ExperienceBeing a small hands-on team, the CTM Marketing function requires a cohesive team that can work swiftly and efficiently to deliver high-quality work and output. The ideal candidate would have equal fulfilment of both hard and soft skills.
