Role Overview
As a Destination Wedding Concierge Intern, you will assist in crafting bespoke wedding experiences that embody elegance and refinement. Working closely with our Concierge Team, you will support the seamless execution of luxury services, ensuring every couple feels uniquely celebrated.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client-Centric Excellence:
Assist in providing personalized consultations to understand clients’ visions, preferences, and cultural nuances.
2. Deliver an elevated service experience, anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
3. Research and recommend world-class venues, designers, and service providers that align with Wedded Wonderland’s luxury standards.
4. Collaborate with top-tier partners to secure exclusive offers, private tours, and premium packages.
5. Event Planning Support:
Assist in developing tailored proposals, mood boards, and itineraries for destination and cultural weddings.
6. Manage timelines and ensure seamless communication between clients and vendors.
7. Attention to Detail:
Meticulously document client preferences, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
8. Maintain Wedded Wonderland’s reputation for flawless execution by triple-checking every aspect of the planning process.
9. Exclusive Experience Creation:
Support the design of one-of-a-kind moments, from luxury venue walkthroughs to signature experiences like private yacht receptions and fireworks displays.
10. Contribute to content showcasing the most stunning venues, couture trends, and cultural inspirations.
