Leadership Opportunity for Enterprise Architect within Federal Government Baseline or NV1 clearance mandatory Your new Company: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join their Federal Government team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing enterprise-wide IT solutions that align with our strategic objectives and enhance our operational capabilities. Your New Role: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and models. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure alignment of IT strategy with business goals and objectives. Provide guidance and oversight on the implementation of IT projects and initiatives. Conduct assessments and evaluations of current IT systems and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with government regulations and security standards. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals. What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a similar role. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions in a complex environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Security clearance: Baseline or NV1 (mandatory). Desirable Skills: Experience working within the Federal Government or public sector. Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
