Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows desktops and servers, as well as Entra ID connected clients.
* Maintain network and server monitoring systems.
* Implement and maintain on-premises and cloud systems.
* Liaise with external vendors regarding software and hardware needs.
* Configure server and cloud rollouts, as well as workstation setups.
* Document job details and resolutions using ConnectWise ticketing software.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and network engineering roles.
* A valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle.
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Server, Exchange, and AD technologies.
* Experience with project design, build, and implementation, particularly related to Office 365 and Entra ID.
* Proficiency in networking and firewall management.
* Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Capacity to take ownership of tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Availability to work Monday through Friday (9:00am to 5:30pm) and participate in callouts when necessary.
* Flexibility to work overtime when required.
Preferrable Skills
* Experience with WatchGuard Branded firewalls.
* Proficiency in Sophos Cloud Anti-Virus software.
* Familiarity with Connect Wise ticketing software.
Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of office and remote workdays.
