This leadership role is vital in fostering and strengthening community partnerships, delivering key strategies and action plans, and implementing initiatives that champion the value of diversity.In this position, you will work at the heart of the community, collaborating with a range of stakeholders to ensure inclusive, accessible, and culturally appropriate services that cater to the needs of a diverse population.As The Team Leader Diversity, You WillProvide leadership and support to staff within the Diversity Team, guiding them to develop and implement projects that align with the Council's strategic objectives and meet community needs.Identify and seize opportunities to build alliances and create partnerships across local organisations, service providers, and community groups.
