Our high-performing teams of Home & Investment Lending Managers play a critical role in making this happen, by supporting our customers to save for, buy and own their own home or investment property.About the RoleRole type: Permanent, full time - NEW HYBRID role, 50% WFH and 50% in office split and flexible shifts available from Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm and potentially weekend options - multiple roles availableRole location: ANZ Brisbane: 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000These roles will be based in our newly formed Digital Lending team and will be a centralised team of specialist lenders, connecting with our customers predominantly via video and voice. They will also offer a range of shift options between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, as well as options to work on weekends.What will your day look like?As an ANZ Home & Investment Lending Manager, your knowledge of the local market will help you build strong relationships with customers so you can coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.To grow in the role and invest in your future, you will build your own lending capability with great training and development opportunities and specialised coaching support. This will provide you with excellent, transferable lending skills that can take you many places within ANZ and across the financial services industry.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Ideally residential lending and retail banking experience - however this is not mandatory for these positionsAbility to leverage trends to identify and manage business development opportunitiesAbility to lead strategic initiatives to embed best practice, grow customer relationships and contribute to portfolio growthBeing adept at enhancing the financial wellbeing of Retail customers with complex lending needsProficiency in building and maintaining exceptional customer and community relationships, proactively managing customer portfolios to maximize retention.You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
