You will support and guide children’s learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector. As an Educator with Journey Early Learning, you will be supported by your Centre Leadership Team, as you learn the fundamental skills of being an inspired Educator within the Journey family.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesFacilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of childrenAssist in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests and preferencesDesign and implement activities to be included in children's developmental programBe part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environmentWho are you?You are creative and child-focused with a passion to lead and develop age-specific programs and daily routines.
