Job Description
SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer (38 hours per week) to join the team at Newcastle Airport.
As a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Opening and closing rental agreements
2. Selling additional over the counter rental products
3. Managing reservations and organising fleet
4. Speaking with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
5. Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer
6. Inspecting and recording vehicle damage
7. Delivering vehicles between sites
8. Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Qualifications
9. Flexibility to work on a rotating roster Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays
10. Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
11. Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
14. Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
15. Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver’s Licence
16. Full working rights in Australia
All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
