About the Role:
As a Retail Operations Specialist, you’ll work closely with our senior leaders and sites to develop this exciting concept within retail operations, ensuring smooth execution across various locations. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming our retail and bar outlets, optimising point-of-sale systems, and implementing new retail concepts. This is a role you can shape to drive market expansion and growth. You’ll be analysing sales and margins, recommending profitability improvements, and driving brand enhancement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate and manage daily retail operations, including optimising Point of Sale (POS) systems across multiple locations.
* Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and margins, while leading the implementation of new retail concepts.
* Transform existing outlets and ensure our product range stays fresh and relevant by staying informed about industry trends.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and drive continuous improvement.
