Help us foster satisfaction and service experiences that transform lives of our community.In this role, you'll:Work as part of a team delivering on-line support to DRIVES users, analysing, investigating and resolving system application problems.Provide high-level technical advice relating to the operation of the DRIVES software to a variety of users including Service NSW and other government agencies in a timely and efficient manner.Deliver excellent technical customer service by investigating and analysing errors and anomalies and providing advice on how to navigate these in a challenging high-volume environment.Please note that this is a full-time role for a temporary period to 31 July 2025 and is office-based in Newcastle 5 days pw.Your DRIVES experience and ability to communicate well at all levels to a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, will equip you with the essential requirements of the role, enabling you to build upon these skills to contribute to the overall safety of the people of NSW.
