The purpose of the Project Officer is to utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide high level support services to project managers and team members on the road infrastructure projects. This support will ensure that asset and system data is captured and maintained with TMR's Intelligent Transport Systems and Electrical Inventory software (ROAR). THE ROLE: Your responsibilities will include: - Maintain the Asset Data systems and collect accurate road data from retrieval sources. - Interpret and report data from ROAR ensuring quality and integrity of data. - Provide high level administrative and project support to Project Managers and team members to enhance the timely and effective delivery of project/s, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisational policies and procedures. - Collate, monitor and report on the performance and status of program/project and administrative support activities. - Ensure infrastructure project documentation is accurately compiled, tracked and recorded, and follows up to ensure timely delivery and approvals within set timeframes. ABOUT YOU: Our ideal candidate will have: - Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive quality outcomes. - High-level written and verbal communication skills to enable effective communication with team members and other areas within TMR. - Experience with coordinating information and data to maintain quality and integrity for reporting and business decision making. - Ability to identify, plan and contribute to projects supporting timely and effective delivery. MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS AND CONDITIONS: - Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role. - Current 'C' class driver's licence.
