Job Title: Warehouse Manager (Systems Focus)Location: Dandenong South, VIC, AustraliaCompany Overview:Established in 2019, our e-commerce company operates a 22,000 square meter modern warehouse, specializing in furniture, appliances, tools, and pet supplies. We sell through multiple channels, including our own website, Amazon, eBay, Catch, and Kogan, with an average daily shipment volume exceeding 2,000 orders. Our business is continuously expanding.To support our rapid growth, we plan to upgrade our ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS). We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the planning and implementation of these systems, driving intelligent and modern warehouse management.Responsibilities:1. Lead the planning and implementation of new ERP and WMS systems, including requirements analysis, selection, and deployment.2. Collaborate with system vendors, IT teams, and internal departments to develop implementation plans and ensure timely project delivery.3. Oversee testing, optimization, launch, and maintenance of new systems, ensuring seamless integration with warehousing and logistics operations.4. Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory, order processing, and team coordination; optimize processes to enhance efficiency.5. Liaise with logistics partners (couriers, third-party logistics) to coordinate transportation and delivery, optimizing logistics processes.6. Organize system training to improve the warehouse team’s proficiency with new systems.7. Regularly analyze system data and business processes, proposing continuous improvement solutions.Requirements:1. System Implementation Experience: Proven success in leading ERP/WMS projects from inception, with familiarity in requirements analysis, selection, implementation, and optimization.2. IT Background: Educational background in IT or relevant work experience, with understanding of system integration, data interfaces, and technical architecture.3. Logistics and Warehouse Management Experience: Familiarity with e-commerce warehousing, inventory management, and end-to-end logistics; overseas warehouse management experience is a plus.4. Communication and Coordination Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with vendors, development teams, and internal departments to drive project progress.5. Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency with data analysis tools; capable of proposing and implementing improvements based on business data.6. Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent cross-cultural communication abilities.7.
